The Diode Array On-Line NIR Analyser is an advanced, modern on-line NIR and Camera analyser for use in Grain, Flour, Food and Feed processing.

The analyser provides real time information about the product as it is being produced. The immediate access to this information, without having to wait for laboratory measurements, brings a number of advantages :

- Allows immediate manual intervention.
- Faster start-up and grade changes
- Full traceability of the entire production

The On-Line analyser is a version of the Perten Instruments DA7200 bench top analyser, which has been successfully used in a wide range of applications. As such, the instruments use the same calibrations, the same software and share many aspects of operation and management.

The instrument is a stand-alone instrument, providing ready measurement results through industry standard communications interfaces. The measurement readings may be displayed on either a dedicated PC with user interface software or be fully integrated in existing plant control and quality management systems.

The instrument is specifically designed to measure in to a chamber or vessel. The optical front end protrudes through the wall of the chamber, and the product is presented to the instrument. The design makes the instrument suitable for measuring powders, grains, granules, pellets and similar as the product is conveyed through a process.
