Perten grain moisture meter officially approved by NTEP

Perten Instruments announces that the AM 5200 moisture tester is officially approved by NTEP for moisture and test weight of grains and oilseeds.

The AM 5200 is a second generation, 150 MHz, grain moisture meter. In addition to many other improvements, the AM 5200 provides significantly improved accuracy over previous moisture analyzers. The AM 5200 can also be used to analyze wheat, corn, and soybeans from -20°C to 45°C (-4°F to 113°F) under NTEP approval thereby removing the need to thaw frozen samples before analysis (NTEP certificate number: 11-087).
