Operation and handling

The Inframatic 9140 is designed to be easy to use, to last in the harsh environment it is used and to provide unequalled practical accuracy. Three easy steps:

1. Select product and enter the sample ID.
2. Scoop the sample in to the sample chamber and the analysis will start automatically.
3. Results are presented on the display and on the printer.

Easy to use

Result management

The Inframatic 9140 offers several ways to handle your data. The analysis results are shown on the display immediately after the analysis, along with any messages.

Integrated printer

The analysis results can be printed on the integrated printer immediately after each analysis, creating a permanent record. The printer is designed for the sometimes dusty environment, and is covered by a dust-proof see-through casing.

Data transfer

The analysis results are available on a serial port for immediate transfer to any LIMS system.

Analysis log

A log of analysis results is kept in the instrument for download to a PC using the Perten Instruments Calibrations Software (PICS) or Perten Instrument Networks Software (PINS).

The Inframatic 9140 has an optional LAN interface module for easy access to your data over your existing plant network.
